Paying is easy using one of the three options below:
Online: You may remit payment by credit card, debit card, or ACH online using Benefit Max’s convenient repayment portal.
By Mail: You may remit payment in full by money order, personal check, or cashier’s check made payable to Benefit Max and mail to PO Box 172207 Memphis, TN 38187-2207
By Phone: You may remit payment by debit card, credit card, or ACH by calling 866-246-0902
